Talent Sourcer
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience as a Sourcer/Researcher or similar role;
- Experience in gambling companies/products;
- Experience with non-tech or traffic vacancies marketing, design, legal, finance, affiliate management, mediabuying, seo etc;
- Understanding of candidate sourcing principles and recruitment process;
- Understanding of job market trends;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment & big team, and on multiple vacancies simultaneously;
- Attention to details, communication and time-management skills;
- Result orientation and desire to learn;
Spoken Ukrainian, B1+ level of English.
Responsibilities:
β Searching for passive candidates using various sources, including LinkedIn, Google search, ATS, and other tools;
β Coordinate vacancy postings via different job boards;
β Contacting potential candidates through different channels;
β Maintaining of talent database β review applicants from corporate job site and other postings, including talent pool applicants, keeping information up to date;
β Development of a sourcing strategy for finding candidates in new locations;
β Creating talent pipelines for future needs;
β Work with recruitment tools (Jira, ATS);
β Cooperate with Recruiters to build a correct sourcing strategy for finding candidates;
β Scheduling an all initial interview with external candidates for recruiters;
β Development of professional networks, promotion of the companyβs brand, and analysis of market information;
β Participation in other projects that affect hiring efficiency;
β Keeping track of sourcing metrics and reporting on progress.
