Junior QA + Support Offline

The role involves direct support, communicating with customers and sales teams to resolve issues, on a platform that helps clients plan and manage their home-buying journey with budgeting tools, property insights, and access to top agents.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of QA methodologies & best practices.
• Experience in testing web applications.
• Hands-on experience with testing documentation (test cases, bug reports, etc.).
• Proficiency with Postman / Swagger for API testing.
• Experience with databases and writing SELECT / UPDATE queries, including JOINs.
• Previous experience in the real estate domain is a big plus.
• Basic understanding of test automation concepts (theory, courses, or non-commercial experience).
•  At least Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken).
