We are currently looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Manager who has experience in the premium segment and a desire to work with top clients.
Your responsibilities:
๐น Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation to closing deals
๐น Build long-term relationships with customers and support them at all stages
Understand customer needs and offer the best solutions
๐น Handle inquiries, process documents, providing excellent customer service
๐น Work in CRM, maintain a customer base, analyze results
๐น Provide feedback to the marketing team, helping to improve conversions
๐น Monitor market trends and find new opportunities for development
What is important for us?
โ Experience in sales (from 2 years) with a focus on long-term customer relationships
โ Customer focus, proactivity and ability to find a common language with the client
โ Confident negotiation skills, ability to work with objections
โ Understanding of the premium car segment (especially American brands)
โ Knowledge of English and Spanish (at a level sufficient for negotiations)
โ Experience with CRM, GDrive and other communication tools
โ Highly self-organized, responsible and result-oriented
