A rapidly growing online casino operator, offering a range of brands in various markets, are looking for a skilled Senior Frontend Developer to join our team and drive the development of our web applications. The ideal candidate should have a very strong technical background and experience in developing and optimizing complex frontend applications.

Job Description

You will take a hands-on role in building and optimizing our web applications. You will work closely with the development team to ensure our applications are scalable, maintainable, and performant. You'll contribute to implementing best practices for CI/CD pipelines and frontend development.

Tasks

- Develop and maintain our web applications using Next.js, or equivalent frameworks.
- Implement best practices for frontend development.
- Improve site performance through image and asset optimization, code splitting, and lazy loading.
- Leverage platforms such as Vercel to deploy and manage web applications efficiently.
- Implement best practices for CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployments using tools like GitHub.
- Work closely with backend developers to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
 

Requirements

- At least 8 years of proven experience as a frontend developer with a track record of delivering scalable and maintainable web applications.
- Expertise in modern frontend frameworks like React and Next.js.
- Familiarity with deployment and optimization tools, including Vercel.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with data fetching and caching strategies using GraphQL.
- Proficiency in site speed optimization techniques and familiarity with tools like Lighthouse.
- Experience with cache/CDN solutions such as Cloudflare.
- Previous experience in the iGaming industry is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Simple: Emphasize clean code architecture and intuitive UI/UX design to create a user-friendly frontend that is easy to navigate, understand, and use, promoting a seamless and enjoyable user experience.
 

Duration and terms

- A competitive compensation.
- Working hours are generally Monday – Friday 9-17 CET, but flexible in terms of ”Freedom under Responsibility”
