Responsibilities:
- Write, maintain, and optimize Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) systems to streamline the software development lifecycle
- Design, create, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance
- Deploy, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot software applications within Kubernetes clusters, ensuring smooth operation and quick resolution of issues
- Maintain the uptime of production environments, responding to incidents in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime and service disruptions
- Ensure the infrastructure is scalable and performs well under varying workloads, implementing solutions to handle growth and demand efficiently
- Automate and optimize development and deployment processes to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and accelerate delivery timelines
- Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of software and systems, providing support and expertise as needed
- Develop and maintain internal tooling to support development, deployment, and monitoring activities
- Write and maintain clear, comprehensive internal documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and consistency in operations
Requirements:
At least 3 years with the following:
- Experience working as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role
- Hands-on experience working with Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience with CI tools such as GitHub Actions or similar
- Experience using AWS or another cloud provider.
- Experience working with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Node.js
- Applying Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts with tools like Terraform
Must also have:
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
