🔹 Develop & Optimize Python-based automation solutions for RCM workflows.

🔹 Integrate APIs (HL7, FHIR, EDI 837/835) for seamless data exchange between systems.

🔹 Collaborate with RCM analysts & coding specialists to develop automation solutions.

🔹 Build Scalable Data Pipelines for healthcare data processing & analytics.

🔹 Troubleshoot & Enhance automation processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.

🔹 Stay Ahead of Trends in AI, automation, and healthcare technology.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Healthcare RCM Expertise – 5+ years of experience in automating RCM processes.

✅ Python Proficiency – Strong skills in scripting, ETL pipelines, and data processing.

✅ Healthcare API Mastery – Experience working with HL7, FHIR, EDI 837/835 standards.

✅ AI & DevOps Knowledge – Experience with machine learning, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud automation.

✅ Cloud & Containerization – Familiarity with Azure, Docker, Kubernetes preferred.

✅ Strong Problem-Solving & Communication – Ability to handle complex data workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

✔️ Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
