Apps Administrator / Manual QA

We are looking for an Apps Administrator / QA to manage third-party applications within our Cloud product. In this role, you will be responsible for adding, maintaining, updating, and troubleshooting applications within our catalog—an essential part of our product ecosystem.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain third-party application versions daily.
  • Upload new third-party applications to our internal store.
  • Update and manage existing third-party applications in our internal store.
  • Conduct manual testing of third-party applications in virtual environments.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding application-related matters.
     

Requirements

  • Understanding of Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze issues effectively.
  • High level of self-organization and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Upper-intermediate English.
     

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with PSADT (PowerShell Application Deployment Toolkit).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune.
