MUST HAVE: Kafka admin experience to fix & scale the current setup, Strimzi, Helm, Grafana, Prometheous, GCP.

Responsibilities:

By taking over this role, you'll be:
responsible for maintaining and extending project infrastructure used by several development teams
a primary go-to person in case of infrastructure issues
a maintainer of the backlog for infra improvements
a primary source for improvement and extension suggestions and ideas

Required:

Hands on experience with Strimzi installation and configuration.
Kafka installation and configuration.
Hands on experience in creating backup and mirroring of Kafka Cluster brokers, broker sizing, topic sizing, performance monitoring, broker security, topic security, consumer producer access management.
Kubernetes cluster setup and configuration and migration.
Hands on experience in configuring and monitoring Grafana, Prometheus and Alert manager.
Experience in GCP and plus if there is knowledge on AliCloud.
Knowledge on Helm charts.
Knowledge on kafka Migration.
Knowledge on Networking, Load balancers, Ingress.
Experience on Openshift configuration.
Experience in setting up CICD pipelines in Azure devops.
Knowledge on Infra automation using Terraform, Ansible.

Optional:

Basic knowledge on Solace.
Experience in bash, perl, python or similar.
