About the role: The Implementation Specialist will lead the end-to-end execution of IT projects, overseeing requirements gathering, project planning, resource allocation, and risk management. This role requires strong project management skills and effective stakeholder communication to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of IT projects, including requirements gathering, project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Develop and manage remote implementation plans and schedules, implement best practices for remote work to maintain productivity and team cohesion.
- Ensure seamless integration of modules into existing systems across remote teams, establish and enforce quality standards and ensure that deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and user-friendly documentation for end-users, create virtual (online) training materials and conduct online training sessions.
- Update documentation based on user feedback and system changes.
- Coordinate user training and support for new systems, as well as system updates and processes, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.
- Provide virtual support to teams during the rollout of new modules.
Serve as a liaison between the IT department and other business units in a remote setting. Work closely with projects/systems stakeholders, including business units, vendors, and IT teams, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Candidate Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT project management or implementation, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, software development, and infrastructure projects. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage conflicts, and drive results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
