About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a strong front-end focus to contribute to the evolution of the Task & Note application. You will be part of a cross-functional team that values high-quality code and exceptional user experience, developing features that customers love.

While the role emphasizes front-end development, you should also be comfortable working on the back-end when needed. The ideal candidate has a passion for best engineering practices, a keen eye for design, and thrives in a collaborative, dynamic environment.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of front-end experience (React.js preferred)
• 3+ years of back-end experience (Ruby on Rails preferred)
• Strong adaptability and ability to switch between front-end and back-end tasks
• A holistic understanding of interdependencies to make informed architectural decisions
• Proficiency with bundler frameworks (Webpack or Vite); state management (Flux) is a plus
• User-centric mindset, always considering the impact of development decisions
• Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to team members, stakeholders, and customers
• Passion for knowledge sharing and team growth
• Comfortable with asynchronous communication and working in a distributed team
