Launch Labs is an American product and software development company headquartered in Seattle, Washington. We specialize in sports technology solutions, building innovative products that help athletes and coaches optimize their training and performance.
 

We are working on an equestrian sports application, designed to address organizational challenges in the industry, particularly to streamline training, scheduling, and management for riders and trainers.
 

This application is backend-driven, built with Node.js, primarily exposing services to the client side. We are now taking over the management and further development of this product and are looking for a skilled Strong Junior/Middle QA Engineer to join our team.

Qualifications:

• Advanced English proficiency;
• 2+ years of experience as QA (both mobile and web);
• familiarity with defect tracking tools such as Jira or similar;
• familiarity with API tools and REST API (postman, swagger);
• understanding of testing methodologies and development life cycle;
• experience in writing test documentation;
• ability to make independent decisions and flexible thinking;
• analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail;
• ability to communicate with the project's product management;
• a growth-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, innovative environment;
• passion for animals will be a plus.
   

Responsibilities:

• identify and report issues;
• create, maintain, and execute manual test cases;
• perform both Static and Dynamic testing;
• participate in team meetings and provide feedback to improve overall product quality and user experience;
• assist in the development and maintenance of an effective QA process;
• conduct both Web and Mobile testing;
• conduct API testing.
