Data Scientist
We are looking for a highly skilled and impact-driven Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of developing and optimizing AI-driven solutions, designing and deploying advanced ML models, and translating complex data into strategic business value for life insurance companies.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Data Science, with a proven track record of deploying production-level models
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud-based ML pipelines (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Expertise in time series forecasting, clustering, classification, and predictive modeling
- Experience working with large-scale datasets, data pipelines, feature engineering, and model optimization
- Ability to bridge the gap between data science and business, translating insights into real-world impact
- Proven ability to take ownership of projects, drive initiatives, and deliver results
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- BSc/MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of AI/ML models: research, design, experimentation, deployment, and monitoring
- Develop predictive analytics models for churn prediction, forecasting, segmentation, risk assessment, and pricing optimization
- Establish and implement data science best practices, ensuring model scalability, accuracy, and efficiency
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to align AI insights with business objectives
- Apply advanced analytics, causal inference, experimentation, and predictive modeling to create measurable business impact
- Present key findings and research to executives, clients, and internal teams, simplifying complex insights into actionable strategies
Mentor and support junior data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in Insurance, Fintech, or Risk Modeling
- Familiarity with deep learning, reinforcement learning, or generative AI
- Hands-on experience with MLOps and cloud-based machine learning deployment
