Key Responsibilities:

• Manage P2P trading operations on Binance and other major platforms

• Develop and optimize P2P strategies to boost liquidity and reduce risks

• Ensure compliance with EU regulations and handle risk management

• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Legal, Support)

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar P2P or product management role

• Deep knowledge of Binance P2P (and other P2P platforms)

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

• Familiarity with EU compliance standards
