Accountant/Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accountant/Finance Manager with a minimum of 1 year of expertise in financial management and compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks and ensuring smooth financial operations for our company.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  - Manage legal documentation such as NDA, employment contracts etc;

  - Oversee cash flow and maintain accurate financial records for all accounts;  

  - Handle accounting for an LLC (Diia City) and PE (3rd group);  

  - Administrate payroll and HR documentation for hired employees;  

  - Calculate and manage money rewards processes;

  - Prepare and issue invoices to clients;  

  - Ensure full compliance with Ukrainian tax and labor regulations;  

  - Assist in financial reporting and audits.  

Requirements:  

- At least 1 year of accounting experience in Ukraine, and working with LLCs is must have;

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word;  

- Familiarity with accounting software (1C, MEDoc, or similar tools is a plus);  

- Intermediate English (B1) or higher;

- Attention to details and strong analytical skills;  

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (preferred).
