About the Role

EverREST is looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect with extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud Voice. This is a critical requirement, as you will play a key role in the integration of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice with Genesys CX Cloud (or similar contact center solutions). The role involves full-time or part-time freelance work, where your expertise will be used to seamlessly integrate these platforms and ensure smooth and efficient communication across contact center operations.

We are specifically seeking someone who can demonstrate deep technical expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and has experience in connecting Salesforce Service Cloud Voice with Genesys CX Cloud (or other comparable contact center systems). This will involve designing, developing, and implementing scalable integrations, ensuring that both systems work together seamlessly to provide an optimal experience for clients.

You will also be responsible for managing the integration process, guiding the team, gathering client requirements, and delivering solutions that align with the business needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the integration of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice with Genesys CX Cloud (or similar contact center solutions), ensuring smooth data and communication flow between platforms.
  • Work directly with clients to gather and define business requirements, focusing on how to optimize customer service operations using Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Genesys CX Cloud.
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to the needs of the integration.
  • Oversee the integration and ensure best practices are followed to achieve project goals.
  • Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate the feasibility of integrating Salesforce Service Cloud Voice with Genesys CX Cloud.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and optimization of integrated systems.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Genesys CX Cloud solutions.
  • Conduct meetings with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor the integration to fit those requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce experience, with strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud Voice.
  • Proven experience integrating Salesforce Service Cloud Voice with Genesys CX Cloud (or a similar contact center solution). This is a non-negotiable requirement.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, particularly around Service Cloud and its integrations with third-party platforms.
  • Proficiency in ApexLightning Web Components (LWC)Visualforce, and Salesforce Flow.
  • Hands-on experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party contact center solutions, especially Genesys CX Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of API integrations (REST/SOAP) and authentication protocols (OAuth, SSO).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Experience in managing teams, guiding the development process, and ensuring successful delivery of complex Salesforce projects.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Genesys CX Cloud.
