IT Sales Manager (90% inbound), based in USA Offline

Location: USA (remote)


Rondesignlab is growing and looking for a skilled Sales Manager with strategic thinking to level up sales for the company where the marketing department will help you to do so (leads: 90% inbound and only 10% outbound).

 

Requirements:

  • Successful prior experience in IT Sales: Outsource/Outstaff
  • Fluency in English β€” both written and spoken, B2+
  • Knowledge of Sales Navigator LinkedIn, Gsuite, Notion, Zoho
  • The ability to identify client’s needs and transform them into tasks
  • Proficient in concise and impactful presentations
  • Familiarity with EU and US markets
  • Ukrainian: C1 level

    Nice to Have Experience:

  • Understanding the principles of web design development
  • Knowledge of Figma / Sketch for presentations

Responsibilities:

  • Run successful pre-sales, sales, and upselling activities
  • Market analysis and constant exploration of new sales opportunities
  • Maintain/develop relationships with clients and company partners
  • Realistic monthly KPI: 20 Presentations; 10 invoices sent; 3-5 invoices paid
  • Conduct negotiations and presentations
  • Prepare necessary docs
  • Identify client needs
  • CRM management
  • Handle objections

 

The Offer:

  • Base salary + Commission: 5%
  • Realistic monthly KPI: 3-5 invoices paid
  • The Volume of 1 project: $50K+
