About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Program Manager to join the Product organization. This role is responsible for defining, monitoring, and executing software delivery plans, ensuring projects are completed on time and with high quality. The successful candidate will collaborate across teams to identify dependencies, remove roadblocks, and drive execution.
This position demands rigorous process management, proactive problem-solving, and strong cross-functional communication to deliver high-impact engineering projects. The ideal candidate has experience in technical program management, with a focus on process documentation, improvement, and execution.

What will be your work focus:

Project Oversight & Execution

• Serve as the central point of contact for all aspects of a project—tracking progress, identifying next steps, and anticipating challenges.
• Maintain and enforce clear timelines, dependencies, and escalation processes to ensure seamless execution.
• Translate complex project dependencies into concise, actionable status updates for stakeholders.
• Proactively identify roadblocks and bottlenecks, resolving them before they become issues.

Process & Documentation

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), reporting structures, and process documentation to ensure alignment across teams.
• Establish best practices for program execution, improving efficiency and repeatability.
• Drive continuous process refinement, gathering insights from internal teams to enhance project delivery.

Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Provide clear, audience-specific project updates, ensuring alignment at multiple levels of resolution.
• Act as a bridge between engineering, marketing, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear expectations and execution against shared goals.
• Foster accountability within teams, ensuring deliverables are met without direct managerial oversight.

Tooling & Implementation

• Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and others to organize and track work effectively.
• Oversee testing, feedback collection, and rollout of new product capabilities.
• Ensure thorough documentation and internal testing before feature releases.

Your Impact

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management or digital product delivery.
• Strong process documentation skills with a proven ability to create clear, structured playbooks.
• Expertise in Jira, Trello, and other project management tools.
• Ability to influence teams without direct authority, driving progress and alignment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving mindset, proactively identifying and resolving obstacles.
• Batchelor’s Degree
