Senior Python Engineer Offline

We have a request from the client in Spain. The customer is looking for a Senior Python Engineer with 6+ years of commercial experience. Our client is a gather a group of almost a hundred young, talented professionals with an extraordinary passion for music and technology. All of us dream of making music a better place for artists, agents and users, and we are constantly coming up with new ideas on how to develop our systems and services. Specialize in monitoring music played on radio, TV, online platforms, ads and clubs via a data processing and reporting platform.

Technical project description
This project is centered around the music industry and aims to equitably distribute earnings among song rights holders. It involves handling extensive data, emphasizing the need for sound system architecture and optimized databases.

Project tech stack: Python, Django/DRF, PySpark, Flask, Celery, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elastic Search, Clickhouse, Apache Iceberg, Dagster, AWS, JavaScript (Vue)

Interview process details:
- Internal technical check
CV proved by the client
A short 30-minute intro call with the client
A short practical task if the intro call is successful 
Final technical interview on client's side

Duties and Responsibilities:
Designing APIs, performance improvement and code optimization, developing new modules to integrate into the system, unit tests, PR reviews, and task estimation.
