Role Overview: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and driving revenue for Prime Clicks. You will generate leads, conduct outreach, and close deals with e-commerce brands looking to scale their business through Amazon marketing. This role requires strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify potential clients through cold email, LinkedIn, and other prospecting methods.

• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and convert e-commerce businesses into clients.

• Client Acquisition: Conduct discovery calls, present our services, and close deals with potential clients.

• CRM Management: Maintain an organized pipeline and track progress using sales tools.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to optimize the sales process and improve conversion rates.

• Market Research: Stay updated on e-commerce trends, Amazon marketing strategies, and competitor activity.

 

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales, preferably in a digital marketing agency or a related field.

• English Proficiency: C1 level or higher.

• Sales Skills: Strong background in cold outreach, lead generation, and closing deals.

• Proactive Mindset: Self-driven with the ability to take initiative and work independently.

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and refine sales strategies for better conversion.

• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, email outreach software, and LinkedIn prospecting.

Compensation: $1,200 base + performance-based sales bonuses ($1,200 - $4,000 total)
