Outside Sales for Employment Staffing Agency Offline

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate has strong negotiation skills, a passion for business development, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. This position requires proactive outbound calling, telemarketing, and Salesforce proficiency for tracking sales activities.

 

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls and networking.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the inside sales team to optimize processes and improve customer experience.

• Manage leads and sales activities using Salesforce.

• Communicate fluently in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.

• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in a related field.

• Strong negotiation skills with a history of successful deal closures.

• Background in inside sales or telemarketing is a plus.

• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.
