GYPSY’S HIRING - Anti-Fraud Manager
Gypsy - established in 2020, is a dynamic multi-brand affiliate program operating in the competitive Tier-1 market segment. With a portfolio of 14 brands, we are strategically positioned for a significant impact in the online gambling industry.
Our key operational hub is located in Poznań, driving our vision forward through data-driven and expert management.

 

Who we are looking for:

  • At least 1 year of experience in any relevant position within the gambling industry.
  • Proficiency in using or willingness to learn fraud detection tools and software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Preferred, but not required:

  • Prior experience in fraud prevention and investigation, preferably within the gambling industry.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Certification in fraud examination (CFE) or related qualifications.

 

Your main tasks involve:

  • Reviewing of accounts, reports, and games daily.
  • Reviewing partners' decisions on individual accounts and games.
  • Participating in discussions about the safety of bonus campaigns or the safety of projects in general.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive anti-fraud strategies and policies to minimize fraudulent activities.
  • Monitoring and analyzing transaction data to identify suspicious behavior and potential fraud patterns.
  • Preparing detailed reports and documentation on fraud incidents, findings, and preventive measures.
  • Staying updated on emerging fraud trends and technologies to proactively address potential threats.
