We seek a talented Senior Python Developer. You will collaborate closely with Front-end and QA teams and platform developers. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior developers and contribute to the architectural decisions that shape our projects.
About you:
— 4+ years experience in Python
— 4+ years experience in back-end and/or Game development
— Strong cross-team collaboration and negotiation experience
— Experience with state machines or state-driven programming
— Familiarity with common design patterns
— Basic understanding of probability theory and random number generation
— Git
— Strong debugging skills
— Object-Oriented Design
Will be a plus:
— Experience in games Back-end development
— Experience in Slots Development
— Experience on a Leading position
— Strong grasp of probability theory and random number generation
— Experience with Project Management tools, preferably Jira
Responsibilities:
— Handling cross-team tasks from the game server side
— Active participation in game testing, providing QA and FE teams with needed cheats or tools to generate cheats
— Code, BE-FE protocols, and prototyping standardization
— Leading game server development and approaches implementing, integration and enhancing
— Development complex game features and preparing configuration for further game balancing
— Code reviews and refactoring
— Enhancing existing game statistics gathering library
— Participate in planning
— Solving complex problems
