About the Role

Processica is seeking a Website Developer with a strong technical SEO background to take full ownership of the websites they develop. This role requires a self-driven professional who can work independently without direct managerial oversight. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in ensuring websites are optimized for performance, SEO, and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize websites using WordPress, WPEngine, and Elementor.
• Implement and manage Technical SEO strategies to ensure high rankings in search engines.
• Utilize SEO tools such as Semrush, Google Search Console, Lighthouse, and various SEO plugins to enhance website visibility.
• Monitor and analyze site performance using Google Analytics 4 and implement improvements based on insights.
• Ensure websites are fast, responsive, and accessible across all devices and browsers.
• Manage website hosting, security, and regular updates to ensure stability and uptime.
• Troubleshoot and debug website-related issues, implementing effective fixes.
• Take full ownership of projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.

• Stay up to date with the latest trends in web development, SEO, and UX/UI best practices.

   

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in WordPress website development using Elementor.
• Strong knowledge of Technical SEO (schema markup, site structure, indexing, crawlability, etc.).
• Experience with SEO tools like Semrush, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Lighthouse.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize website performance (speed, mobile-friendliness, and security).
• Proficiency in working with WordPress hosting platforms (WPEngine preferred).
• Familiarity with various SEO plugins and website analytics tools.

• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and best practices in web design.
