Account Manager (located in EU)

Stape is a SaaS for server-side data tracking setup (including server GTM hosting, custom apps/plugins/solutions). We are looking for a Account Manager to join our team and help improve the efficiency of our sales efforts.

⚠️🇪🇺 This position is open to candidates based in the European Union only.

🤓Requirements:
 

  • 4+ years of closing sales / account management experience
  • Experience in product IT company and businesses
  • Proven track record of attaining quota and signing high-value clients
  • Proficiency with sales software like PipeDrive is a plus
  • Stong personality and negotiation skills
  • C1-C2 English

 

✍️Responsibilities:
 

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts by building strong, lasting client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies and proposals to meet clients’ specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, legal, finance) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
  • Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts.
