Junior Lead Generation Manager to $1000

Hello! We’re Proxy-Seller – a leading provider of high-quality proxy solutions for businesses in affiliate marketing, web scraping, ad verification, automation, and cybersecurity. Our team is growing, and we’re on the hunt for a Lead Generation Manager/Specialist who can help us identify and engage potential clients across digital marketing, e-commerce, tech, and data industries.

You are our perfect match if you have:

  • 1+ years of experience in lead generation, outreach, or sales prospecting, preferably in B2B tech, SaaS, or digital marketing services;
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, email sequences, and automation tools;
  • B1-B2 English (written and verbal);
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to keep lead records up-to-date;
  • Analytical mindset – ability to track performance metrics and tweak strategies accordingly;
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, paid media, affiliate marketing, or web scraping.


Nice to have:

  • Experience working with affiliate networks, ad networks, or programmatic platforms;
  • Knowledge of LinkedHelper, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools;
  • Basic understanding of proxies, VPNs, and anti-detect browsers;
  • Familiarity with residential, mobile, ISP, and datacenter proxies and their use cases.


Your future tasks

  • Research & identify potential leads across LinkedIn, industry databases, and other platforms.
  • Craft personalized outreach messages tailored to different industries.
  • Start conversations with decision-makers and uncover their proxy needs.
  • Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and schedule meetings.
  • Track outreach performance, analyze reply rates, and optimize messaging strategies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends to identify new market opportunities.
  • Join brainstorming sessions to enhance outreach scripts, messaging, and lead targeting strategies.
