Junior Python Developer

We are inviting you to become a part of our company as a Python Developer!

GotYourBack Support is a Ukrainian IT company, working both in B2C and B2B market, providing remote technical assistance to English-speaking users all over the world, as well as being the voice of our partners' brands and the main tool for building trust and open relationships with their customers.

Requirements:

Experience with Python
Experience in API development on Flask or FastAPI
Knowledge and understanding of HTTP protocol, REST API, XML, JSON formats.
Experience with PostgreSQL, MySql, SQLAlchemy (Redis will be a plus)
Ability to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests
Understanding GIT (GitHub)
Effective communication skills
B1+ English

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code
- Configure integrations between different application levels to optimize performance
- Develop integrations (own API, Webhooks) and systems for the company using Python language
- Assessing and prioritizing client feature requests
- Integration of data storage solutions
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

WIll be a plus:
- At least 6 months of work experience in a similar sphere
- A degree in computer sciences or information technology would be an advantage
- The ability to migrate code from other languages, such as PHP to Python would be an advantage
- Delivery of quality results within clear timelines
- A good understanding of the Python and its nuances
