We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiasticCustomer Support Agent to join our new team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping customers, possess excellent communication skills, ensuring our clients have the best experience possible.

WHAT WILL YOUR WORKDAY LOOK LIKE? β YOU WILL:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, and chat in a timely and professional manner;
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our e-commerce tools and applications;
- Assist customers with account setup, product installation, and usage;
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our support system;
- Collaborate with other teams to address and resolve complex customer issues.
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF:
- You have advanced English (C1-C2) with excellent writing skills;
- You are afast typer and good with technology;
- You are a good listener and anexcellent communicator (90% of your work will involve chatting with people, including dissatisfied clients. Your task is to find a key to all types of users);
- You are eager to learn and take ownership of duties;
- Proven experience as a Customer Support agent and understanding of e-commerce, web building, and Shopify would be a big plus!
