Today we are opening a position of a project manager (part time)

Requirements for the candidate:

• Strong knowledge of Agile or Scrum;
• Strong desire to learn and develop to keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies;
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills;
• Perfect communication skills;
• Team planning and coordination skills;
• Budgeting and reporting skills.

Will be a plus:

- Sales experience; 

- Understanding of other necessary items for website development (CRM, API's etc); 

- Understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript at a basic level.

Key responsibilities:

- Managing project timelines and milestones to ensure website development is completed on schedule and within scope;

- Coordinating with the development team to implement new features, functionalities, and integrations based on client requirements;

- Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation of the development process;

- Communicating with client, gathering detailed requirements, providing updates, and ensuring their expectations are met;

- Overseeing quality assurance processes, ensuring that websites are tested, debugged, and optimized for performance before launch;

- Documenting project workflows, requirements, and best practices for future reference and knowledge sharing within the team;

- Managing resources and budgets to ensure efficient use of team members and financial assets;

- Conducting post-launch evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure client satisfaction.
