Junior Lead Generation Specialist
We are looking for a Junior Lead Generation Specialist who is eager to grow in the sales field. This role involves analytics, communication with potential clients, and supporting key processes.
We are Temy, an outsourcing company that has been on the market since 2014. Our team consists of about 100 employees. We have offices in Kyiv and Lviv, but we are also remote-friendly. Our main clients are startups, and we have 20+ active projects in domains such as IoT, FinTech, BioTech, E-commerce, Security, Real Estate, and EdTech.
This is a full-time position based in our Lviv office at 9a Haidamatska Street.

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but a strong motivation is essential
- Basic knowledge of outreach campaigns
- Familiarity with lead search tools (e.g., LinkedIn)
- Basic knowledge of the IT industry and technical terms
- Excellent communication skills — ability to interact effectively with candidates and colleagues
- Availability to work in the evening
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to adapt to changes
- Strong time management skills
- English level: Intermediate or higher
Nice to Have:
- Experience in sales or marketing
Responsibilities:
- Searching for leads based on sales team requests
- Collaborating closely with the company’s CEO
- Running outreach campaigns
- Coordinating calls with potential clients across different time zones
- Checking the status of scheduled meetings
- Updating the client pipeline
- Handling objections and responding to potential client inquiries
- Communicating with potential candidates and clients via social and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Djinni)
- Collaborating closely with the team
- Working with a CRM system
- Collecting data for analytics
