Job Description: We are seeking a talented Backend Engineer with a strong background in developing AI-powered agents and services. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing backend systems that power sophisticated AI agents, leveraging modern AI frameworks such as LangChain and LLAMAIndex.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
• Collaborate closely with our AI and product teams to implement effective search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) algorithms.
• Perform data engineering tasks to enhance the performance and accuracy of our AI workflows.

• Contribute to multiple exciting projects, including our No-Code AI Workflow Automation platform and our proprietary AI agent development engine.

   

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent proficiency in Python.
• Intermediate proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proven experience with backend development, particularly designing APIs and microservices.
• Experience in building and optimizing AI agents using frameworks like LangChain or LLAMAIndex.
• Familiarity with search algorithms, vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) approaches.

Nice to Have:

• Background or practical experience in data engineering.
• Experience with cloud environments, particularly AWS.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
