Role Overview

As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in technical designing, developing, and maintaining new responsive web applications. You will work closely with our product manage and technical project manager to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our users' needs. In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for a strong leader who can independently manage and drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using:
 - Core Technologies: SQL, Node.js, Yarn, JavaScript  
 - Libraries/Frameworks: Express, React, Redux, CSS  
 - Version Control: Git (GitHub)
- Work with AWS for application hosting and deployment.
- Utilize Docker for containerization.
- Collaborate with vendors (e.g., SendGrid, Stripe) – familiarity is a plus.
- Partner with the product team to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Work closely with the design team to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Independently lead and manage projects from inception to completion.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Integrate third-party APIs/services such as Twilio, AWS, Stripe, Shopify, and Wix.
- Implement and maintain secure coding practices.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor junior developers and foster team growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a full-stack developer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Advanced knowledge of React, Node.js, and SQL (MongoDB is a plus).
- Experience with AWS.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
- Experience using design tools such as Figma.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to independently lead and manage projects successfully.
- Fluent spoken English.

- Experience with Stripe payments.
- Proficiency in NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks.
- Contributions to open-source projects.
