The Role:
We’re looking for a Sales & Growth Operations Lead who will build and scale our outbound motion using AI, data enrichment, and automation. This is not just a sales ops role—it’s about creating an AI-powered revenue engine. You’ll work directly with the CEO to automate lead identification, optimize ICP targeting, and integrate AI-driven tools into our sales process.
Expect to scrape, analyze, and enrich prospect data, leveraging AI to find high-value decision-makers and build precise, hyper-personalized outreach strategies.
What You’ll Build & Automate:
ICP Precision & Lead Identification:
- Use Clay.com as the core tool to build data-driven ICP models, ensuring no guesswork—just validated, high-intent prospects.
- Scrape & enrich data using APIs, AI, and automation to find decision-makers based on real-time signals, firmographics, and buying intent.
AI-Driven Lead Enrichment & Automation:
- Extract & combine data from multiple sources (LinkedIn, company databases, news mentions, funding rounds, job posts, etc.).
- Write & optimize search queries for precise data identification, tagging, and classification.
- Implement automated workflows to enrich and refine lead lists in real time.
AI-Powered Outreach Optimization:
- Develop keyword-driven data parsing systems to classify, segment, and prioritize leads.
- Automate email personalization, outreach timing, and message sequencing using AI-driven insights.
- Leverage conversational AI tools for real-time sales engagement.
Scraping & Automation for Growth:
- Build custom web scrapers to collect sales signals (new hires, funding rounds, industry trends, etc.).
- Automate event tracking to identify where key decision-makers are speaking or engaging.
- Implement data pipelines that continuously refine lead scoring and targeting.

Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Expertise in Clay.com and lead enrichment platforms (Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Web scraping knowledge (BeautifulSoup, Playwright, Scrapy, Selenium, PhantomBuster).
- Proficiency in AI-driven outreach & personalization (automating messages, A/B testing, data-driven ICP refinement).
- Experience integrating external data sources into lead gen workflows (Google Sheets, HubSpot, Notion, Airtable).
- Strong understanding of sales automation & CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
- Familiarity with LLMs, NLP, and AI-driven classification models to automate sales insights.
