Head of Payments

We are looking for a Head of Payments to work on our project.

Key Responsibilities:

● Payment Provider Integration: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new
payment service providers (PSP), acquirers, and cryptocurrency
payment solutions.
● Process Optimization: Ensure efficient payment processes, minimize
costs, and mitigate risks.
● Monitoring & Analysis: Continuously monitor payment flows, provide
SLA performance, and transaction approval rates, and prepare detailed
reports.
● Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with legal teams to ensure
payment processes comply with local and international regulations.

● Innovation: Introduce new payment technologies (Open Banking,
BNPL, cryptocurrencies) to enhance user convenience and speed.

Requirements:

● Experience: 3+ years in payment systems, financial technologies,
e-commerce.
● Deep understanding of PSP operations, acquiring, chargebacks, and
cryptocurrency payments.
● Proven track record of building multi-currency and multi-channel
payment solutions.
● Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (PSD2, AML, PCI DSS).
● Strong negotiation skills with payment partners.
● Exceptional analytical skills and strategic thinking.
● Experience in fintech, iGaming, or trading industries is a plus
● Upper-intermediate in English.
