Webflow Developer

We are seeking a talented Webflow Developer to join our dynamic team at yieldy. As a core member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, visually engaging, and user-friendly websites using Webflow. You’ll work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to create exceptional web experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage pixel-perfect, responsive websites using Webflow
• Collaborate with the design team to translate UI/UX designs into fully functional Webflow projects
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO
• Implement animations and interactions to enhance the user experience
• Maintain design consistency by using reusable components, global styles, and class systems
• Integrate third-party tools and APIs to expand Webflow functionalities
• Test and debug websites to ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
• Stay updated on Webflow’s new features and best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Webflow development
• Strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects and interactions
• Proficiency with the Client-First framework for scalable and maintainable Webflow builds
• Experience using the Relume Component Library for efficient Webflow development
• Solid understanding of responsive design and web accessibility standards
• Experience with SEO best practices and performance optimization
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to customize Webflow projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD for interpreting design files
• Experience integrating third-party tools like Zapier or custom APIs
• Knowledge of animations, micro-interactions, and CMS features in Webflow
• Understanding of A/B testing and analytics tools
