Requirements:
- 1+ years of commercial experience as a Manual QA.
- Solid understanding of QA practices and principles.
- Experience in manual testing for web applications.
- Frontend automation experience (JavaScript, TypeScript).
- Basic understanding of Java concepts.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to analyze and structure information effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with developers and project managers.
- Logical, curious, and analytical mindset with a desire to interrogate data.
- Experience in working within Agile environments.
- Good leadership skills and a proactive approach.
- A team player with a willingness to learn quickly.
- Upper-intermediate level of English (both written and spoken).
Nice to Have:
Experience with Java and Node.js applications.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and process project requirements to ensure test coverage.
- Develop and maintain Frontend automation tests.
- Create and update test documentation, including test cases, checklists, and reports.
- Estimate the required testing time for tasks and projects.
- Conduct functional testing for web projects, ensuring quality and reliability.
- Perform smoke and regression testing to validate software stability.
- Execute accessibility testing to ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
- Manage testing activities across one large project or multiple smaller projects.
- Communicate effectively with the development team and project stakeholders.
- Prepare and present Test Summary Reports for future demos.
- Participate in functional discussions with the team and business representatives.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to design and enhance new and existing features.
- Continuously learn and share knowledge with the team.
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery.
Demonstrate proactivity in identifying and resolving potential issues.
