Senior Python Engineer / AI Engineer (EST time zone)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize AI-powered systems at scale.
• Design and build back-end services, APIs, and data pipelines using Python and PostgreSQL.
• Deploy and manage infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high scalability and reliability.
• Train and fine-tune machine learning models, including computer vision and visual-language models.
• Design and implement scalable automation workflows for AI-driven applications.
• Develop robust AI evaluation frameworks to enhance model performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
• Build, optimize, and maintain various types of platforms, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
• Develop and customize WordPress-based platforms, including plugin and theme development, performance optimization, and security enhancements.
• Work with React.js to build dynamic and interactive user interfaces, integrating with APIs and back-end services.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best software engineering practices.

• Stay up to date with advancements in AI, ML, cloud computing, and web development technologies.

   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python and PostgreSQL.
• Extensive experience in AWS infrastructure, including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and IAM.
• Practical knowledge of ML models, computer vision, or prompt engineering for visual-language models.
• Strong expertise in designing scalable and reliable systems.
• Experience with microservices architecture and API development.
• Proficiency in data processing, ETL pipelines, and automation workflows.
• Experience in building and maintaining platforms of various types, including enterprise solutions, SaaS applications, and AI-driven platforms.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, including theme/plugin development, custom API integrations, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in React.js, with experience in building responsive, interactive, and scalable front-end applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think algorithmically.

• Availability to work in the Eastern Time Zone (EST).

   

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Familiarity with additional programming languages such as Go, Java, or TypeScript.

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
