Sales Development Representative (Outbound) Offline

We are a Marketing & Advisory bureau specializing in brand development and marketing strategies for real estate developers across the MENA region.
We are growing our presence in the Middle East and looking for a Sales Development Representative to support our outbound direction. The primary focus of this role is promoting specialized marketing services.
This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives on multitasking, takes ownership of the lead generation process, and confidently engages C-level executives. If you're highly organized, goal-oriented, and driven by tangible results, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively research and identify new potential clients, with a focus on initiating first contacts at the C-level within new Real Estate developers, established companies
  • Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape in the MENA markets to refine and improve our sales strategies.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations that highlight the unique value of our services.
  • Schedule meetings between qualified leads and sales team, ensuring a seamless handoff.
  • Maintain and update our CRM system, meticulously tracking leads, updating lead statuses, and monitoring progress to meet Sales and company KPIs.
  • Constantly seek opportunities to enhance and streamline the sales and marketing process.
  • Prepare service offers.
  • Engage and nurture leads through various outbound channels, creating lasting connections.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to plan and execute a strategic outreach plan.
  • Support marketing campaigns with targeted ads on social channels like LinkedIn and build our representation on platforms like Clutch.

 

Hard Skills:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in SDR (outbound manager position).
  • Deep understanding of sales processes in the service sector, particularly outbound strategies.
  • Proven experience in lead communication, qualification, and facilitating calls with the sales team.
  • Advanced level of English, both spoken and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within dynamic teams and effectively collaborate with top management.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and leveraging data-driven sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand and utilize market trends and sales data.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Outreach, Expandi, and Sales Navigator will be a plus.
  • Proven KPI achievement.
  • Open mindset to suggest different test strategies.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in AIESEC, BEST, or FLEX programs.
  • Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative outreach strategies.
