About Project: Our USA-based client operates in the insurance industry, offering specialized insurance solutions tailored to the needs of transportation businesses. Currently, the team is working on consolidating three actively used products into a single SaaS web-based solution.
This involves a full redesign of the existing platforms, improving usability, enhancing functionality, and introducing new featuresβall while maintaining a unified modern tech stack.
Tech Stack: FE: React+Typescript, TailwindCSS, BE: Go Lang
Team: Multinational team (around 10 members)
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of HTML5 / CSS3 (semantic markup, accessibility, responsive design);
- Good knowledge of JavaScript (ES2023+);
- Good knowledge or practical experience in React 18+ (hooks, custom hooks, Zustand, axios, react-hook-form);
- Good knowledge or practical experience with Typescript (primitives, generics, utility types, etc);
- Familiarity with TailwindCSS (v3+), SCSS/SASS;
- Strong written English is necessary to communicate with the team on a daily basis.
- Your spoken English should be sufficient to participate in meetings with clients as a listener at first, with the expectation of growing into an active speaker over time.
Nice to have:
- Git knowledge, including working with GitHub (Push, pull, PR creation, branching strategies);
- Familiarity with tools like SourceTree, VS Code Source Control;
- Familiarity with Vite;
- Familiarity with Husky, ESLint, Stylelint, Conventional Commits;
- Familiarity with Jira, Figma
Core Responsibilities:
You will have a mentor to support you during your adaptation period, guiding you through real project tasks and helping you grow as a developer.
Under their supervision, you will work on implementing new functionality - not just layout and styling but also more complex business logic, API integrations, and data handling.
Additionally, you will be involved in fixing defects, improving existing features. Youβll actively participate in team discussions and problem-solving while collaborating with designers, backend developers, and QA specialists.
