Senior Python Developer

We are building a Pitchbook/G2-like platform for HR technology vendors—a search engine for Work Tech vendors that allows vendors to manage their profiles while enabling users to search and access key insights. Our monetization strategy includes vendor subscriptions and direct client sales for premium intelligence.

As a Backend Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and scaling our platform, focusing on Python, Django, Django REST Framework, and Docker. You’ll also work on search engine integration (Azure), AI-powered enhancements, and chat features using Azure AI.

Requirements:

— Strong Python skills with experience in Django & Django REST Framework.
— Proficiency with Docker for containerized deployments.
— Experience working with search engines (preferably Azure Search).
— Knowledge of Azure AI/chat integration.
— Familiarity with AI/ML applications in SaaS platforms.
— Strong understanding of scalable architectures and cloud-based platforms.
