DevOps Engineer Offline

Crunch is looking for a DevOps Engineer:

You will help design, build, and maintain the infrastructure and tooling that supports our client`s products and engineering teams. You will work with Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to improve automation, scalability, and developer experience.

A key focus of this role will be building automation to deploy Kubernetes clusters for client`s customers across cloud and account boundaries. Successful candidates will be directly involved in this initiative, ensuring seamless provisioning and management of clusters at scale.

🔸Main Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure using Kubernetes.
• Manage deployment workflows with ArgoCD and GitOps best practices.
• Build and maintain platform tooling in Golang to automate infrastructure management.
• Improve reliability, observability, and security across our infrastructure.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance developer productivity.
• Ensure high availability and scalability of critical systems.
• Contribute to open-source projects where relevant.
   

🔸Main Requirements:

• Strong experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with ArgoCD and GitOps workflows.
• Expertise in at least one cloud provider GCP or Azure.
• Proficiency in Golang for building automation and platform tooling.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools ( Grafana, Loki).

• Experience with Crossplane

• Experience with Prometheus, Loki, etc
