Sales Manager to $2500

SPLIT Development is a team of professionals specializing in web and mobile solutions, particularly UI/UX design. We help businesses create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing products. We are currently looking for an energetic and experienced Sales Manager to help us scale our sales in the UI/UX design, Shopify and Wordpress development.
 

Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking an ambitious sales manager with experience in sales and a desire to grow with us.
 

Responsibilities:

• Searching for and attracting new clients for UI/UX design, web development services.
• Negotiating and closing deals with clients.
• Identifying client needs and presenting company solutions.
• Working with a CRM system and maintaining a client database.
• Preparing commercial proposals.
• Collaborating with designers and project managers to develop optimal client proposals.
   

Requirements:

• Experience in sales .
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• English C1 or higher – verbal and written communication with clients.
• Ability to work with CRM systems and other sales tools.
• Self-motivation and result-orientation.
