IT Sales Manager (B2B)

Requirements:

● Higher education in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
● Minimum 2 years of experience in active B2B sales with self-generated leads.
● Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to independently present and sell products and services.
● Proven ability to prospect, initiate contact, and build a sales pipeline from scratch (cold outreach, networking, partnerships).
● Ability to work in a team and achieve shared business goals.
● Understanding of the IT market, B2B SaaS / IT services sales, and current technology trends is a strong plus.
● High level of self-motivation, ownership, and result-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

● Independently search for and attract new corporate clients using outbound channels (cold emails, LinkedIn, calls, partnerships, events).
● Proactively promote the company’s products and services without reliance on inbound leads or paid traffic.
● Conduct negotiations with decision-makers and close B2B contracts across various industries.
● Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with clients from first contact to deal closure and further cooperation.
● Continuously analyze market trends, target industries, and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
● Participate in shaping and executing outbound sales strategies for entering and scaling in the IT / B2B market.
