Senior Full Stack (NodeJS+React+EDA) to $5000 Offline
- 5+ years experience in full-stack development, ideally with startup experience and high ownership.
- Strong Node.js (Express.js) & MongoDB experience.
- Experience building & maintaining APIs for large-scale applications.
- Understanding of event-driven architecture (EDA) and RabbitMQ.
- Experience in DevOps & infrastructure management (currently on bare metal, future cloud plans uncertain).
- Experience working in fast-scaling companies, building highly available, domain-focused monoliths.
- Bonus: Geolocation services, AI (Whisper model, voice agent), VoIP experience.
- Collaboration within European time zones
- Strong English communication skills to engage directly with Co-founders
- Commitment and accountability in delivering results
