Junior C# Developer with Azure

We are looking for a Junior C# Developer to join our team and contribute to an exciting project for one of our global clients—a leading multinational technology company known for its innovative software and services. This role offers a great opportunity to grow your skills in cloud technologies and software development while working on cutting-edge projects.

 

About the Project:You will be supporting the buildout of new sovereign clouds by assisting in incident management and troubleshooting during the cloud development process. You will also help optimize configuration stores (based on Git) used by Azure Core, with a focus on making the configurations cloud-agnostic.

 

What You'll Do:
- Assist in troubleshooting and incident management: acknowledging incidents, performing initial analysis, and escalating when needed.
- Support the development and maintenance of C# services for cloud environments.
- Review and contribute to Azure service deployment configurations (e.g., YAML files) and follow best practices.
- Document technical processes to improve team understanding and workflows.
- Perform basic Windows system administration tasks when required.
- Use KQL (Kusto Query Language) for simple data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Review documentation to understand system workflows and processes.

 

What We're Looking For:
- Basic experience (up to 1 year of commercial experience) in C# programming and the .NET Framework.
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts (familiarity with Azure is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

 

Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting.
- Basic knowledge of Azure Cloud Services.
- Interest in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
- Experience working with ICM (Incident Management) systems.

Working conditions:
- Regular business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CET):
- Standard set of responsibilities;
- Floating weekends in a rotating team (so Sunday and Saturday the candidate might work but would have days off on Monday and Tuesday, for example);
- PR review and minor incidents mitigation (Sev3, Sev4, Sev2).
