Senior Full Stack Engineer (Backend-Focused) to $7000 Offline

Metamindz is a fast-growing UK-based IT software company. We help by providing fractional CTOs as-a-service, building digital products, hiring technical talent, and conducting tech due diligence. 

We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong backend orientation to join one of our clients. We seek a proactive and self-motivated individual who thrives in a remote work environment and can deliver independently. This role is ideal for someone who has demonstrated long-term impact in previous positions, possesses excellent communication skills in English, and is dedicated to building something meaningful over the long term with us.

Tech Stack:
 

• Languages & Frameworks: Node.js, TypeScript, React, xState, NestJS/Fastify
• Databases & Cloud Infrastructure: PostgreSQL, AWS, Redis, Kubernetes (K8s)
   

Requirements:
 

• Remote Work Expertise: Proven track record of effectively managing priorities and delivering high-quality work in a remote, distributed team environment.
• Backend-Driven Full Stack Proficiency: Extensive experience with backend technologies and architectures, with strong skills in full stack development.
• Independence and Ownership: Able to take full ownership of projects, make decisions confidently, and drive them to completion with minimal supervision.
• Collaborative Communication: Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with both technical and non-technical team members.

• Strong understanding and experience with scalable backend architectures.
• Proficiency with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), microservices, and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Comfort with open-source software principles and contributing to open-source projects.
• Familiarity with security best practices in backend development, especially in regulated sectors like fintech.
• Proficiency with monitoring and observability tools, specifically Prometheus and Grafana, for real-time system performance tracking and alerting.
• Understanding of AI-powered technologies, including OpenAI and AWS Bedrock, for integrating large language models (LLMs) into modern applications
