Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in the financial industry (e.g., banking, asset management, insurance, fintech).
• Proven experience in business development, partnership, or consultative sales roles.
• Understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, DeFi, and tokenization (technical expertise is a plus but not mandatory).
• Ability to translate real world sector needs into blockchain product opportunities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-starter mindset with a passion for innovation and emerging technologies.
Responsibilities:
• Identify blockchain use cases in the financial sector, such as asset tokenization, settlement optimization, cross-border payments, compliance, and digital securities.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in banks, asset management firms, insurance companies, and regulatory bodies.
• Develop and pitch tailored blockchain-based solutions that align with financial clients’ operational, regulatory, and innovation goals.
• Work closely with product and technical teams to translate financial client needs into viable Web3 solutions.
• Lead the sales process from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and closure.
• Represent the company at financial industry events, panels, and conferences to generate leads and build strategic partnerships.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activity in both the traditional finance and Web3 spaces.
