Senior Scala + Java Developer Offline

Digis is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Scala/Java Developer to join the remote team.

About the Project:
This platform focuses on optimizing petabyte-scale data infrastructure, combining hardware acceleration with performance metering to provide real-time actionable insights, helping reduce data center costs.

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on Scala.
• Experience working with Java.
• Сommercial experience working with low level programming - С/С++/Rust/Assembler.

• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.

   

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop code generation for SQL operations tailored to our proprietary DSL.
• Optimize data processing algorithms, primarily using Java.
• Set up comprehensive benchmarking practices to measure the impact of performance-related changes.
• Focus on implementing customer-centric requirements that enhance their applications.

• Write, test, and deploy production-ready code with high attention to detail.
