Business Development Manager (with German language skills)

We are a rapidly growing startup building an advanced management and analytics platform for companies operating on fan platforms such as OnlyFans, Fansly, and others. Our platform helps businesses efficiently manage large numbers of accounts and teams, offering powerful tools for operational optimization and revenue growth.
We launched nearly two years ago and have grown to over 15,000 users and 800+ paying businesses.
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Sales Department and grow with us!


What we’re looking for:

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Willingness to travel to attend industry events (conferences and forums).
  • Self-organized, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Multilingual: English and German (for conference communication).

     

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage qualified leads through outbound and inbound channels.
  • Explore and develop new lead generation channels.
  • Engage with potential clients through meetings, consultations, and customer support.
  • Attend industry meetups and international conferences to expand the client base and drive business growth.
  • Maintain and manage CRM systems to track sales interactions.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to align strategies and optimize results.
