About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to design and implement high-performance solutions for leading global investment banks. You will work in a Scrum environment, collaborating with distributed teams, mentoring junior developers, and recommending optimal solutions to clients.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills
✅ 4+ years of hands-on experience with Java 11+
✅ Strong knowledge of Spring/Spring Boot
✅ Experience with Maven, Git, and Docker
✅ Proficiency in SQL, RDBMS/NoSQL, and JPA/Hibernate
✅ Knowledge of integration techniques (REST, JMS/Kafka)
✅ Familiarity with multi-threaded programming
✅ Ability to write clear unit and integration tests
✅ Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients

✅ Fluent English

Nice-to-Have Skills

➕ Cloud experience
➕ Kubernetes
➕ CI/CD pipelines
➕ JIRA
➕ Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
➕ Prior work experience in distributed teams
