NestJS / Angular Team Lead

We are looking for a NestJS / Angular Team Lead to join our team and drive the development of high-performance web applications. This role requires both technical excellence and leadership skills to guide a team of developers, ensure best coding practices, and oversee the entire development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using NestJS (Node.js) and Angular.
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and best practices in both frontend and backend development.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to define technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide team members, conduct code reviews, and promote knowledge-sharing.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments using GitHub Actions.
• Work with AWS Cloud Services to deploy and manage applications in a scalable and secure environment.
• Troubleshoot issues, debug applications, and implement security best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in NestJS (Node.js) and Angular.
• Experience in designing and building scalable and maintainable microservices.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and GraphQL.
• Understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make technical decisions.
• Leadership experience or a strong desire to grow into a leadership role.

Nice to Have (a Plus):

• Experience with AWS Cloud Services (ECS, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation.
• Experience in leading a development team, conducting 1:1 meetings, sprint planning, and performance evaluations.
• Knowledge of serverless architectures and cloud-native development.
